We advised EMVARIAS and EMPRESAS PÚBLICAS DE MEDELLÍN in the process of acquisition of EMVARIAS by EPM.

We advised INTERCONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA S.A. E.S.P. - ISA in the feasibility analysis for the segregation and valuation of the business unit that manages the wholesale energy market; later named XM.

Pension funds PROTECCIÓN, HORIZONTE, COLFONDOS and SKANDIA

We advised PROTECCION, HORIZONTE, COLFONDS and SKANDIA in the sale of 23% of EDATEL to UNE EPM TELECOMUNICACIONES.

We advised the shareholders of COMPUREDES in the sale of the company to ENLACE OPERATIVO (Grupo Suramericana).

We advised the shareholders of TREBOL SOFTWARE in the sale of the company to EBD (company of the TRIBECA fund).

We have advised EMVARIAS in the assessment and accompaniment of company acquisition processes.

We have advised EDATEL in the evaluation of investment projects, financial projections of the company, model for carrying out financial projections and valuation, model for determining the optimal capital structure.
