We issued a Fairness Opinion on the terms of trade for the merger by absorption between BANCOLOMBIA and LEASING BANCOLOMBIA.

GRUPO SURA

We supported GRUPO SURA in the sale of a stake (7.5%) of PROTECCIÓN to CORNERSTONE LP.

PROTECCION e ING

We advised PROTECCION and ING in the valuation and definition of the terms of exchange for their merger.

FIDESA (today FGI ? Fondo de Garantías Inmobiliarias)

We advised the shareholders of FIDESA (today FGI) in the sale of a majority shareholding of the company to FONDO DE GARANTÍAS DE ANTIOQUIA.

GRUPO DE INVERSIONES SURAMERICANA

We advised GRUPO DE INVERSIONES SURAMERICANA in the valuation and formulation of a public acquisition offer for 22% of the outstanding shares of CI CONFECCIONES COLOMBIA.

SURAMERICANA DE INVERSIONES and SIA DE INVERSIONES

We advised SURAMERICANA DE INVERSIONES and SIA DE INVERSIONES in the valuation and definition of terms of trade for their merger.

COMERCIA

We advised the shareholders of COMERCIA on the concept of reasonableness and equity in the sale of the company to BANCOLOMBIA.

FONCO and MUTUOCOLOMBIA

We advised FONCO and MUTUOCOLOMBIA in determining the terms of trade for their merger.

BANCOLOMBIA

We advised BANCOLOMBIA in the acquisition of SURAMERICANA's shareholding in FIDUCOLOMBIA.

FIDUCOLOMBIA and FIDUCIARIA CORFINSURA

We advised FIDUCOLOMBIA and FIDUCIARIA CORFINSURA in determining the terms of trade for their merger.

We advised GILSEGUROS shareholders in the sale of the company to WILLIS (UK).
