To shareholders in the sale of the company to DENTSU AEGIS NETWORK.

LASA

We advised the shareholders of LASA (airport logistics) in the sale of the company to the TALMA group of Peru.

PREVER

We advised the shareholders of PREVER (funeral services) in the sale of a majority shareholding to INVERSORA LILIUM (Social Foundation and Grupo Santalucia of Spain).

We advised AERONÁUTICA CIVIL (civil aviation authority in Colombia) in the financial evaluation of the José María Córdova Airport Master Plan in Rionegro.
